This is a collection of reports, memoranda, dispatches, and orders, apparently gathered by a Captain Viner. (Possibly Joseph Wadsworth Viner who served in the United States Cavalry, tank corps, and American Expeditionary Force during this time period.) The materials document friction between British and American forces in Russia (1919) and the growing interest in tank warfare.
